How to Keep Out Wedding Crashers

You do not want anyone to invade your wedding day. There is always someone that tries to come to your wedding even if you did not invite you. You may want to think about if anyone would like to crash your wedding and how you can stop him or her from coming in. You want your day to be perfect and this is one thing that you do have to think about.

You may want to have a lookout plan for the wedding. You should have someone standing at the door and watching for anyone that is trying to crash the wedding. You should not worry about it on your day. You will have to make sure that you are free from stress and you will want to keep a good outlook for your special day. Stay focused so that you are not stressing over anything.

You may want to fight back against wedding crashers by making sure that all of the guests have a wedding invitation. If this is what you are planning to do, you should make a note of it on the invitation so that everyone brings it along. You will of course have the ones that forget their invite. This is not a problem because usually the person at the door will be someone that is from the family and knows who is right and who is wrong.

Another way to keep unwanted people out is to have the guests sign a wedding book. Before the wedding starts, you can have the bride and groom review the book to make sure that all were invited and that they all belong there to share in the special occasion.

If a wedding crasher does make it into your wedding, do not get excited. Many people do this for harmless reasons. They are just looking for a good time and do not want to cause any trouble. You will want to have someone in charge of this situation and ready to take action. Have the person simply ask them to leave very quietly. This should not be a time to draw attention to the situation.

If the person is someone that wants to cause destruction, you need to have him or her removed no matter what the solution. If you have to get loud then so be it. Usually you are going to be covered because everyone else wants to see you get married and they will back you on your decision to throw out this unwanted and well-known wedding crasher.

If the wedding crasher is with a guest, you should not panic. You simple have them seated in a secluded area where they are not going to draw attention to themselves. You will want to have them secluded so that they are not in the central area of the reception or the wedding and they are not able to cause any problems.

If you are in fear that someone is planning to crash your wedding and you are afraid for your safety, you may want to have someone guard the door. Have a security officer there to stand by and watch for anything-unusual happening. This will not only make you feel better, but you will not have to worry about any problems happening during your special wedding day.

Have someone keep an eye on the wedding gift table. There are some wedding crashers that are there only to collect on the wedding gifts. You want to keep your gifts and your money in a safe place so that you are not ripped off. You will want to have someone guard it to make sure that you are not deprived of all your great treasures.

Getting your Family to Help

Families are very involved in the wedding. When it comes to every aspect of the wedding, the family comes together to give opinions, make decisions, or get things done. Daddy may be paying for the wedding, but mom and your siblings should be helping with the decorations and wedding favors. You will find that if you have your family come to help you out with the favors and the decorations, everything will end up looking beautiful and everything will be done with time to spare.

If you are going to get your family to help, make sure that they are responsible and that they will get things done and on time. You want to have people working on your wedding favors as long as you can trust them. If they don’t usually follow through with their goals, then try to give them a small role like cutting the ribbons. This way they aren’t need that long and they don’t get distracted from the goal at hand.

When you find out that you need more help with things like the wedding favors you will want to make sure that you ask them a couple days in advance. Mom may have her own things that she has to get done and you don’t want to spring something on your family if they have plans. You want to give them at least a three-day advancement and try to go around their schedule. This way you can get more help; even though you may have to rearrange your day, you will at least have help with the favors.

If you notice that it’s going to take a lot of time, you may want to do half one day and half another day so that you don’t inconvenience anyone and they are done within a reasonable time. If you let your family choose the time and the day you, are more likely going to get more out of them? This way they aren’t stressed trying to fit the favors into their schedule, but they are completely focused on the task.

If you have some younger brothers and sisters, who possibly might not have a lot to do with the wedding, you may want to ask them to recruit some of their friends to help you do the wedding favors. However, you want to make sure that they are responsible and can get the task done. If you stop by every now and then to see their progress, you can keep encouraging them to do more. Your family can have fun by making it a party and you will be happy knowing that the task is getting done and that you are saving a lot of money by using free labor.

The great thing about recruiting your family is that you save so much money. By utilizing the family, you will know that the task will get done the way you want them and you will be able to save hundreds if not thousands in favors. Family may be able to do it free, however, you get what you paid for. If you place your trust in someone who isn’t worthy of the duty than you may end up thinking that paying the extra would have been worth it. The key to using your family is to ask them ahead of time to help you and to use family members that are reliable. The last thing that you want to do is end up doing it all hours before the wedding.
